Design & Project Management

As part of our continuous improvement programme we can offer full in-house design and project management facilities incorporating the latest CAD technology and pressure vessel software.

Design & Project Management

Quality Assurance & Control

Quality Assurance and inspection is controlled and documented by our Quality Management System which has been approved and accredited by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance to BS EN ISO 9001: 2008.

Our system has also been approved to BS EN ISO 16852: 2010 for our ATEX approved Flame Arresters.

Material Procurement

All materials used in the construction of our products is new and of first quality fully traceable and certified to BS EN 10204 3.1 as standard whilst non-pressure containing parts / materials are certified to BS EN 10204 2.2.

As an experienced supplier to Norway we are well capable of supplying materials to Norsok MDS standards and approval requirements of Norsok M-650.

Materials are procured and expedited by qualified and experienced engineering personnel from approved sub-vendors.

Manufacture

We have our main manufacturing site in Stourbridge. All manufacturing processes are controlled and carried out to high standards of quality and consistency by skilled craftsmen and technicians in full compliance with specified standards and specifications.

All welding is carried out by approved coded welders to ASME IX or BS EN 287, and in excess of 200 welding procedure qualifications are held, covering a wide range of materials and thicknesses.

Full documentation packages are prepared upon completion to high standards of quality and presentation in accordance with client requirements.

Installation, Commissioning & Servicing

The erection, installation and commissioning of our equipment does not normally require the presence of a GFSA Engineer. However upon request a GFSA Engineer can be on site within 48 hours to assist in the installation and commissioning.

GFSA Limited provide a complete back up service for field maintenance of plant and equipment supplied by the company both on-shore and offshore.

All our products are provided with a minimum 12 month warranty as standard. Extended warranties are also available including service contracts carried out by our own highly qualified and experienced engineers.

Spares

A complete range of spares is carried including elements, screens, baskets, seals and gaskets. Detailed spares recommendations are contained in our comprehensive operating and maintenance manuals.

Located in the very heart of the industrial Midlands we are ideally situated with direct access to the motorway network which enables us to service both clients within the UK and overseas in accordance with Incoterms 2010.

We are also able to furnish your preservation, protection, packing and shipping requirements to destinations worldwide.
